SSEPD want to hear from YOU!

Help make SSEPD deliver a better service to communities by completing their online survey before April 14th.

Kirsty Stephens, Lead Connections Engagement Strategy Manager for Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution commented:

"Scottish and Southern Energy Power Distribution are committed to acting on customer feedback and building a connections service that meets our customers' expectations.

Community energy bodies are very important to us and SSEPD recognise we need to do more to bring  the voices of community energy groups into our decision-making and to ensure our service meets the needs of community groups."

With this in mind SSEPD has developed an online survey for all our customers and stakeholders to share their views on services over the past year and the plans developed. This will help SSEPD to improve  the service provided and ensure it is in line with what customers, including community energy groups, are looking for.

Kirsty added:

"We will include your feedback and our findings in our future plans and commitments and we will also provide feedback on our plans at our stakeholder engagement events that we have planned throughout the year – you can view these by visiting our online events calendar."

The survey closes on 14 April and every entrant will be entered into a draw with a chance of winning a GoPro Head Camera and a Fitbit Surge watch.
